does it need to be coded?

so i got a good project that actually works with one of the goals. the only problem is its not hardware nor software. its a documentation about a research i will do. because i dont have enough money to make the hardware. nor the experience to make the software. just a website blog about the project which conveys the main idea. would that be enough?
